Where do we begin? Our hearts are so very full of appreciation and admiration for you throughout this whole house-selling process. First of all, wow to your vast expertise and your instincts that at every turn were "right on". You have such a very good sense of what works, and seem to know every detail and trick on how to best sell a home!! As people our age who have NEVER sold a home before, having you in our corner was just invaluable.
Then there's your incredible human-ness, that held our hands throughout the whole thing, on what was quite a big emotional step for us. Your sense of humor often carried us through, and we feel like you really "get" us, which was more important than you will ever know.
Ok, next was your work ethic! OMG, you busted yourself, even roping Tommy and Granger in to help on our behalf: getting septic guys to come on a moment's notice, getting Kasey in in a matter of days, getting all the photography done immediately, bringing plants, loaning us your furnishings, coming by and sweeping, flushing toilets, advising us on HVAC, communication with the Title Company, dealing with Jackie, advising us on negotiation, and the list goes on and on. You were so great at communicating everything with clarity and honesty and your integrity is beyond reproach.
Finally, your patience with us as Chris had this major medical surgery come up in the middle of the house sale. These last few weeks have been so challenging for us, and you were so patient with our sometimes delayed communications, etc... We just can't thank you enough.
